#12 - 4 Bdrm Colonial House (Max: 16 people)
4 BEDROOM COLONIAL HOUSE which will sleep 12-16 people. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a queen size bed and 19" cable color TV. It also has a bathroom with shower. There is a full kitchen with a large refrigerator/freezer(ice-maker), stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, automatic drip coffee machine, toaster, and all the pots, pans, dishes, glasses and utensils needed. There is a breakfast room with a table for 6 next to the kitchen. The large living room/dining room combination has a 42" cable color flat screen TV and a fireplace that we supply the wood for... free of charge. There is a dining table, sofabed and 2 futons in the Great Room. # 11, a motel room, is located under the dining room area and it is imperative that it is absolutely quiet in the dining room after 11 pm and before 9 am for this reason. Upstairs, you'll find one bedroom with a queen size and full size bed and a 19" cable color TV. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size and two twin beds with a large projection TV. There is a full bath with a tub as well as shower upstairs. The house has central air and heat that you can control to your own comfort. There is also a large sun deck with 3 large patio sets and two charcoal BBQs.
